At Aromify Discovery, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Due to the personal use nature of fragrance products, the following return policy applies.
Decants, full size fragrances, and discovery sets are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Aromify Discovery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved discretionary returns.
Because fragrance perception is subjective and fragrances may smell or perform differently from person to person, personal scent preference is not considered a product defect. We strongly encourage purchasing a decant or sample before committing to a full-size fragrance when available.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
